Good location and comfortable.
The no breakfast option was disappointing, and the noise from the pub below ruined any sense of peace. The lack of secure parking was a major inconvenience. Despite the charming historical ambiance, the lack of updates left the room feeling tired and worn.

Great stay with lovely staff
The room was super cozy, and the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. The breakfast was spot on, served right on time. Oh, and the steak dinner was mouthwatering! Just wished the parking was a bit closer, but no biggie. Totally worth it for the vibe and service!

I arrived early and was pleased to find my room ready. The shower had plenty of hot water, and it was cozy with fresh towels. The breakfast was a highlight with good options, including a satisfying full English. I enjoyed the view of the nearby castle.
There were bits on the floor upon entering the room that could have been cleaner.
